Division Showcases

How does a 45-year print and fulfillment powerhouse introduce itself online? With the confidence of a single dot.

Founded in Southern California in 1980, The Dot Corp has grown from a print shop into six divisions across four facilities — 6.3 million cubic feet of printing, fulfillment, direct mail, eCommerce, and healthcare logistics. The operation was world-class; the website wasn't telling that story. DOT asked BambooDev to design and build a digital front door that matched the scale behind it.

The approach

Wireframes, user-flow diagrams, and a tablet prototype spread across the design table

Mapping six divisions into one flow

Companies this established don't need to shout. We structured the site around DOT's divisions — printing, eCommerce fulfillment, healthcare supply chain, direct mail, creative services — and let the depth of each speak for itself: certifications, facilities, and forty-five years of milestones, presented with calm confidence. The two actions customers actually take — requesting an estimate and sending production files — were promoted to first-class citizens, one click from anywhere.

What we built

Sheets of paper feeding through an automated press feeder

On press — Printing division

Retail apparel floor with folded stacks and mannequin displays

Retail-ready — eCommerce fulfillment

A fast, motion-led SvelteKit site opening on full-screen film of the floor: presses, kitting lines, and warehouse racking in motion. The healthcare division — FDA-regulated device distribution, cold-chain storage, HITRUST and ISO 13485 compliance — gets a dedicated showcase worthy of its 77,000-square-foot facility. An estimate-request flow routes inquiries across nine service categories to the right team, and a send-files workflow gives production clients a direct lane for press-ready artwork. Type is set in Funnel Sans and Roboto Condensed, with Fira Code accents nodding to the operational precision underneath.

The operation

Aerial view of parcels moving along parallel conveyor lines

Fulfillment lines — 6.3 million cubic feet in motion

Team in safety vests reviewing product in a racking aisle

Floor walk — Quality & compliance

Cartons rounding a curve on a roller conveyor

Outbound — Direct mail & parcel

The site leans on the operation itself for its imagery. Presses, conveyors, racking, and floor walks do the persuading — because when the real thing is this photogenic, illustration would only get in the way.

“Every shipment carries more than just a product — it carries the promise of care.”

Medical supply — 77,000 sq ft, FDA-regulated

The outcome

The Dot Corp now presents itself online the way it operates in person: established, precise, and quietly enormous. Every division has a home, every certification is on the record, and every prospective customer is one form away from a conversation — whether they need a run of brochures or a HIPAA-compliant supply chain.
