What if renting storage was the easiest thing you did all week? A unit you book in minutes — and never worry about again.

REDD isn't the usual self storage. Climate-controlled units, white-glove service, and beautifully designed, highly secure facilities have made it the storage brand of choice for Bangkok's most discerning customers. Working side by side with REDD's leadership, BambooDev set out to design and develop a customer experience that matches the facilities themselves: extremely easy to use, with zero stress or worry.

The insight

The answer wasn't just a subscription model. It was an elegant booking and storage system built around peace of mind: customers book once, and the platform quietly handles the rest — recurring payments, securely stored payment methods, instant receipts, and gentle notifications ahead of any expiry. Thanks to REDD, storage has become one less thing to worry about.

What we built

REDD booking site — unit grid with sizes, locations, and monthly prices

Booking site — EN / TH

REDD admin dashboard — bookings table with subscription status and filters

Admin dashboard — Bookings

A complete platform, designed with the end user in mind. A fast, bilingual booking site built on SvelteKit — content managed through Prismic so REDD's marketing team never waits on a developer — where customers browse real-time unit availability by location, size, and floor, and book in minutes. Behind it, an operations hub where staff deliver white-glove service at scale — managing bookings, units, pricing, and customers across every location. And underneath, an Express and MongoDB payments engine that never sleeps: card details tokenized and held securely, scheduled jobs processing recurring charges, flagging overdue accounts, and ensuring business runs without interruption.

The results

REDD admin reports — occupancy percentage, space, and units occupied by day

Occupancy reporting — Admin

This wasn't a hand-off engagement. BambooDev worked as an extension of REDD's team — shaping the system with leadership, refining it with operations staff, versioning the API so improvements to payment processing rolled out without ever disrupting live rentals, and evolving the platform alongside the business as it grew to new locations under the ARYU brand. The result is a rental experience that delivers what REDD's customers actually pay for: security, service, and peace of mind — one less thing to worry about.
