Engine
What if your analytics told you what to do next? Not another dashboard — a decision engine.
The analytics industry has spent a decade selling a half-finished product. What began as a promise to make data accessible calcified into an ecosystem of dashboards that show you everything and tell you nothing. Operators drown in GA4 metrics, Shopify reports, and attribution models while the actual question goes unanswered: what should I do next? Trovoly — designed and developed by BambooDev — starts from a blunt premise: that gap isn't a data problem. It's a design decision, and every reporting tool on the market made it.
The insight
Treat decision-making capacity, not data access, as the product. The structure is deliberately narrow: can you give a lean operator the decision clarity that well-funded companies get from expensive teams — at a price point and a setup burden that actually fit their reality? Answering that meant cutting out everything that doesn't directly serve it. No metric walls. No configuration marathons. Sign in with Google, connect GA4 and your store, and get a plain-language read on what's happening and what to do about it.
What we built

Marketing site — brand & voice

Product tour — the decision engine
The whole product, end to end. A SvelteKit marketing site with an editorial voice and Prismic-managed content, built to sell clarity the way Trovoly sells it — plainly. Behind it, the engine itself: Google OAuth onboarding that has operators live in minutes, a read-only GA4 and store integration that keeps their data theirs, and a recommendation system that writes what a good analyst would — a plain-language diagnosis of the week, the strategies worth running, and a tracker that remembers what you implemented and what it did to your baseline. All of it at $39 a month, with a 14-day free trial — priced for the operator wearing too many hats.

“Reports tell you what happened. Trovoly tells you what to do next.”
The founding premise — Trovoly × BambooDev
The results

From advice to action — Implementation tracking

Clarity, pocket-sized
The dashboard glut is a solvable problem — but solving it meant building something categorically different, and that's what shipped. A lean operator now gets the decision clarity that used to require a BI function or a million-dollar agency: instant performance analysis, strategic recommendations, actionable next steps, and a one-on-one consultation when they want a human in the loop. Trovoly is a test of whether the market is ready to pay for answers instead of just better questions — and it's live, in beta, making its case.
